Frequently Asked Questions
What are your rates?
I charge by the piece base on size, placement, and details of the design. For larger pieces that require multiple sessions, I charge by the hour. My hourly rate is 175 and my minimum price is 100.
Where do you work?
I currently work at Modern Ink, located in downtown Englewood, Colorado.
How do you give estimates?
I only give price estimates during a consultation. I don’t give quotes over emails, DMs, or other forms of media. To schedule a consultation, click here.
What payment do you accept?
Cash is the preferred, there is an ATM within the shop. Though I also accept card ( ) and paypal.
Can you draw a design before I decide to book?
No, I don’t do any drawings before an appointment is secured. Drawings are also done on a priority basis and are only shown the day of the appointment. Alterations to the design (if needed) can be made then and there. If you change your mind and want a completely different design, be considerate and contact me as soon as possible. Please don’t wait till the day of the appointment to notify me, as the change of a design may result in rescheduling the appointment (if more time is needed).
Can I bring guests with me to my appointment?
Due to limited spacing, I request you bring only one other person with you to your appointment. Please no children or pets in the shop, with the exception of service animals.
Is there anyone you refuse to tattoo?
I won’t tattoo someone if they are a minor, pregnant or under the influence of alcohol/heavy drugs. I will also refuse to tattoo anyone displaying rude/disrespectful behavior towards me or fellow artists and clients in the shop.
Do you take walk ins?
I do accept walk ins when I can. For example, if there’s a cancellation or I happen to not have appointments scheduled that day. Walk ins are by chance only and not a guarantee you’ll get tattooed. To secure a spot, it is best to book an appointment.
How do I care for my new tattoo?
Click here for the aftercare sheet. If you have questions/concerns about your fresh tattoo please reach out via email.
Is parking easily accessible around the shop?
Yes. If you hate parallel parking (like me) there is free public parking behind the shop off S Lincoln St. Just turn into E Girard Ave or E Hampden Ave, depending on where you’re coming from on Broadway.
